We have the capacity to operate your entire community involvement efforts. We will be your voice in the community, coordinate your public events and facilitate all networking sessions. We cultivate relationships with every community sector and function as your community liaison to the Disadvantaged, Minority and Woman Business Enterprise (D/M/WBE) Community.

 

• Coordinate community involvement

• Primary liaison for communication and information flow for the D/M/WBE subcontractors

• Act as “ambassador” in civic/community meetings and special events

• Promote strong relationships with school districts, non-profit organizations, city, county and legislative officials 

• Identify and build partnerships with opinion leaders within the community

• Develop strong relationship with ethnic Contractors Association, Chambers of Commerce, and other stakeholders in the Minority Community

• Develop client unique newsletters to inform public of ongoing opportunities for Minority inclusion

• Coordinate appropriate events to keep public informed of upcoming opportunities bid opportunities.

• Provide visibility and outreach in the business and D/M/WBE community by actively participating in applicable organizations and events

• Develop and implement Community Employment initiatives to promote hiring of “project community” residents for the project
